Davos
event consulting + advising
do davos right.
the opportunity
Davos, Switzerland during the World Economic Forum is one of the world’s most exclusive gatherings. From celebrities and heads of state to Fortune 500 executives and global software companies, the opportunity for business development and raising your brand awareness are extraordinary.
the challenge
With monumental opportunities come challenges. If you’ve never taken your company to Davos before, it can be a confusing labyrinth of delicate social protocols and implicit rules and expectations. Navigating the most concentrated gathering of world-class business leaders, world leaders, and academic leaders is no easy feat, and approaching this event like any other marketing event (set up a booth, hold a raffle) is a costly and time-consuming mistake.
My Services
I help companies win deals and build brand equity through thought-provoking, powerful experiences that contribute directly to your bottom line and connect you to the most powerful people in the world.
As the former Brand & Strategic Communications Director for Tradeshift, I’ve been instrumental in planning for (and had boots on the ground at) Davos, and I know how companies make the biggest impact. I’ve worked closely with executives, marketing teams, event planners, and designers to create rich, branded experiences from start to finish that attract the right kinds of attention.
I custom-tailor my consulting to your needs and objectives. From two-person startups to multinational corporations, I create bespoke services for your company that are flexible and adapt to any request you have. There’s no task too big or too small for me to handle and take to the finish line.

Hey there.
That’s me in the plaid scarf on the CNBC stage, speaking on a panel about women
in leadership.
It all started when my former CEO decided we were going to Davos, come hell or high water.
We set out to do what no one had done before—turn a church built in 1804 into a media hub with CNBC in the midst of the flurry of the Davos Promenade. A space for brilliant minds to engage with quality content and each other. A sanctuary.
The Tradeshift Sanctuary became the most visited event space that year. Don’t believe me? Check out this heat map:
It was the hottest spot in all of Davos.
(Or was it the coolest?)
In contrast, that other green area lower down is Hotel Europe, stalwart host of the Piano Bar, Davos’s most popular nighttime spot.

WHAT I REBEL AGAINST
Mindlessness

When it comes to Davos, I’ve had my hands in everything. From writing blog posts published in TechCrunch, to orchestrating panels with leaders from every sector, to planning the biggest party of the week, to the color of pillows for the couches we offered our guests—I’ve been a key part of high-level decisions and nitty-gritty details.
With a few incredible Davos’s under my snow boots, I consult with companies like yours who understand how important it is to do Davos right. Together, we can make your initiative wildly successful.
